We can help you with as much, or as little as you need. Whether it's providing you with that most time-consuming part of estimating - cut and fill takeoffs, or helping you to put it all together from beginning to end - we've got you covered.

Earthwork Takeoffs - We provide detailed quantities for cut and fill, rock excavation, and other materials onsite to ensure your bids are precise. We use takeoff software that builds a 3D model of the site from existing to the final product, so you know exactly what is being done and where. We can even incorporate soil borings so that you know what material you're digging in (sandy loam and limestone aren't the same!). Typical quantities include:

• Topsoil stripping and respread

Reading plans, specs, and geotechs - We can dig into the project documents to determine what the engineer is requiring for the job, and make sure you are bidding exactly what they're expecting you to do. They could be looking for rework beneath a building pad, chemical stabilization below paving, remove and replace unsuitable soils - you name it

Bid assistance - If you need some help putting the bid together, we can do that too. It's always good to get a second set of eyes to go over you work and make sure nothings missed/doubled-up.
